After I have cooked the Energy balls, the experience i have learned from it was different kitchen tools I have learned to use, how to time different steps, and learned more ingredients than i have before. It also helped me by helping me with communication skills like helping prepare the ingredients, to actually following the steps to make the final product.

After i have gotten all of the ingredients of Honey, Vanilla extract, flax seed, Old fashioned oatmeal, Chocolate Chips, and sunflower butter, I followed the instructions to make the energy balls. Mixing them together and shaping them into balls. Leaving them in the fridge for about 10 minutes. If they feel sticky, then you should leave them until they feel dry.

What I’m doing with my project is to help raise awareness about food allergies and how to make substitutions for those ingredients. I chose this project because my mom is allergic to peanut butter and she can’t eat it or she’ll have an allergic reaction. The steps I need to take to complete the project is to search up different substitution ingredients and by making the recipes.
The thing I am hoping to learn during my time with this project is to find many substitutes for the ingredients people are most allergic to. I want to make something that people can try that tastes exactly like the ingredient they are allergic to and change the way they can try the ingredients but not have an allergic reaction. The thing I want to accomplish is to make a recipe for people who have food allergies and help them with it.
I’m excited about this project because if I can accomplish it, then it will help people with the same problem as my mom.
